All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We ship to the Netherlands, Germany, and the rest of the European Union.

We ship via PostNL and DHL.

Order Tracking 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments 
If your package or unopened products arrive damaged, please contact us at mugen.ki888@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund. MugenKi Apparel is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
